General commercial conditions applicable to the contracting of Sincrum products and services.
Product purchase
After a demo or commercial contact — for example, via our contact form — products are purchased upon the client's approval of the corresponding quote.
Each quote spells out the commercial conditions applicable to that case, as well as delivery and installation.
Service subscriptions
Software service subscriptions are billed and paid monthly in advance.
If the client does not wish to continue, cancellation must be requested at least 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the next billing period.
