Production-grade software products, developed with AI.
I'm Daniel Monza. Nearly 30 years building software —fintech, critical systems and products of my own—. Today Sincrum is my studio: I'm focused on creating and growing my own products. Take a look at what I'm building.
The judgment behind the code.
I'm a senior software engineer with nearly 30 years of building: from critical fintech systems —15 years at a money-transfer company, where I worked on compliance, anti-money-laundering, payment gateways and SOAP/REST APIs— to products of my own. I was CTO and tech lead, so I know what it takes to build and run an engineering team, not just write code. As a serial founder (GProjex, TributApp, Stone Framework, Buscandoatobi.com, KBDeepdive.AI) I build real products, not just client deliverables. Today I channel all that judgment into what matters most to me: creating and growing my own products and services, all-in on developing software with AI —with the production judgment that keeps that power from coming with technical debt baked in.

What I build and ship.
My live products and an open source framework. This is where my time goes today: creating and growing products of my own.
KBDeepdive.AI
Full visibility into your GeneXus KBs.
Smart analysis of GeneXus knowledge bases: detects technical risk, measures quality and prioritizes refactoring with actionable reports.
Stone Framework
Open-source framework for modular applications.
Go to frameworkIt's not the machine that builds. It's the judgment that directs it.
AI is fast, but nearly half the code it generates ships with problems. What separates speed from technical debt is senior judgment — deciding the architecture, reviewing what the tool produces, and owning production quality.
Things we get asked often.
What services does Sincrum offer?
Sincrum builds products of its own with AI in the core, custom software with AI assisting the development, and integrates AI capabilities into existing systems. We also continue to run the GeneXus KB audit line through KBDeepdive.AI.
Are you still working with GeneXus?
Yes. GeneXus is one of the pillars of the ecosystem we work in, and KBDeepdive.AI was born in that world. It's no longer the only focus, but it remains a central part of our portfolio.
What's the difference between 'building with AI' and 'assisting with AI'?
Building with AI means the intelligence lives inside the product: it makes decisions and produces outputs at runtime. Assisting with AI means using a copilot during development. We do both: KBDeepdive.AI is a case of building with AI; everywhere else, AI assists the development and senior judgment is what steers it.
How is the team set up?
We work with a small, dynamic team built around each project: we bring in the senior profiles the work needs — and only those. No fixed staff, no pool hours, no overhead. You get a single point of contact from start to finish. Based in Uruguay; we work remotely.
How do we start a project?
It depends on what brings you here. If you're interested in one of my products, write to us and we'll look at it directly. If you have a problem to solve, we start with a no-commitment conversation: you tell us what you need and whether AI has a role there, and we evaluate together whether it makes sense to move forward.
