Production-grade software products, developed with AI.
I'm Daniel Monza. Nearly 30 years building software —fintech, critical systems and products of my own—. Sincrum is my studio: I build products and help teams get real visibility into what's happening in production.
The judgment behind the code.
I'm a senior software engineer with nearly 30 years of building: from critical fintech systems —15 years at a money-transfer company, where I worked on compliance, anti-money-laundering, payment gateways and SOAP/REST APIs— to products of my own. I was CTO and tech lead, so I know what it takes to build and run an engineering team, not just write code. As a serial founder (GProjex, TributApp, Stone Framework, Buscandoatobi.com, KBDeepdive.AI) I build real products, not just client deliverables. Today I apply that judgment on two fronts: my own products, and helping companies see inside their critical systems —logs, metrics, traces and business rules— so an incident gets explained in minutes instead of days.

Business rules that live in your database, turned into events with severity and value for your observability stack to consume. Because a system can answer 200 while the business is stalled.

It's not the machine that builds. It's the judgment that directs it.
AI is fast, but nearly half the code it generates introduces security vulnerabilities — and that number isn't improving with each new model. What separates speed from technical debt is senior judgment: deciding the architecture, reviewing what the tool produces, and owning production quality. And that judgment doesn't stop at deploy: a system you can't see inside of isn't finished. That's why everything I build ships with visibility from day one — logs, metrics, and monitored business rules.
Things I get asked often.
What services does Sincrum offer?
Two services and one product. GeneXus KB audit: I go through your knowledge base with human judgment and AI-powered analysis, and hand you a prioritized report with an action plan. From zero to production: your new product, built with AI assisting development and senior judgment driving the architecture.
The product is KBDeepdive.AI, which came out of that same experience and today powers the audits. And in everything I build, observability isn't an extra: logs, metrics and business rules monitored from day one.
Are you still working with GeneXus?
Yes. GeneXus is one of the pillars of the ecosystem I work in, and KBDeepdive.AI was born in that world. It's no longer the only focus, but it remains a central part of my portfolio.
What's the difference between 'building with AI' and 'assisting with AI'?
Building with AI means the intelligence lives inside the product: it makes decisions and produces outputs at runtime. Assisting with AI means using a copilot during development. I do both: KBDeepdive.AI is a case of building with AI; everywhere else, AI assists the development and senior judgment is what steers it.
How is the team set up?
I put together a small, dynamic team tailored to each project: I bring in the senior profiles the work needs — and only those. No fixed staff, no pool hours, no overhead. You get a single point of contact from start to finish: me. Based in Uruguay; I work remotely.
How do we start a project?
It depends on what brings you here. If you're interested in one of my products, write to me and we'll look at it directly. If you have a problem to solve, we start with a no-commitment conversation: you tell me what you need and whether AI has a role there, and we evaluate together whether it makes sense to move forward.
